{"id":317,"date":"2023-06-20T16:38:21","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T16:38:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wstic.nycu.edu.tw\/?page_id=317"},"modified":"2023-07-11T07:42:13","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T07:42:13","slug":"win_brief","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wstic.nycu.edu.tw\/index.php\/win_brief\/","title":{"rendered":"\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7c21\u4ecb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br><strong>\u5316\u5408\u7269\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4(Compound Semiconductor)\u56e0\u5176\u9ad8\u7d93\u6fdf\u50f9\u503c\u800c\u5099\u53d7\u77da\u76ee\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u5c04\u983b\u529f\u7387\u653e\u5927\u5668\uff0c\u5149\u96fb\u611f\u6e2c\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc\u672a\u4f86\u5982: 5G\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u7121\u7dda\u88dd\u7f6e\u548c\u6c7d\u8eca\u81ea\u52d5\u99d5\u99db\u7cfb\u7d71\u4f54\u91cd\u8981\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u88fd\u9020\u57fa\u5730\uff0c\u5fc5\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u91cd\u8981\u9818\u57df\u7f3a\u5e2d\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Because of its high economic value,  Compound Semiconductor has stand out its way, especially in <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">radio frequency power amplifier<\/span><\/em>, <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">photoelectric sensor<\/span><\/em>, and so on. Promising application will be on <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">5G<\/span><\/em>, <span class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><em>personal wireless devices<\/em><\/span>, and  <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">autonomous cars<\/span><\/em><\/strong> <strong>as well.
